As SVP of Design Services at VDA, Michael brings 20 years of industry experience to lead a team of engineers and vertical transportation professionals who support new construction and existing building projects across the U.S. and internationally. From early traffic analysis and system recommendations to construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews, his team helps ensure elevator and escalator systems are thoughtfully designed, carefully coordinated, and aligned with each client’s goals.

As Design Director at D2E, a VDA company, Paul leads the firm’s Vertical Transportation team, drawing on more than 20 years of industry experience. His work includes developing vertical transportation strategies for complex projects such as 40 Leadenhall and Battersea Power Station in London, and Prestige Liberty Towers in Mumbai, India. For these projects and many others, he helps clients navigate system planning, design changes, and evolving building requirements.

As President and CEO of GUNN Consultants, a VDA company, Eric has nearly 30 years of elevator industry experience. A registered Professional Engineer and Qualified Elevator Inspector, he supports the design of elevator systems for new building projects while overseeing education and training, inspections, engineering, construction oversight, and contract negotiations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University and began his career in engineering consulting.
